Stefan Dyk

In
1998 Stefan formed his own company Subjective Management
Development, and became a licensee with LMI Canada.
Since then he has worked with Clients from a wide
variety of companies located in the Vancouver Lower
Mainland, British Columbia, assisting them achieve
stretching business and personal objectives through the
effective utilization of personal leadership skills.
Stefan pursued several career paths prior to 1998, which
included sugar cane and citrus farming, mining,
international technical sales and project management. He
holds advanced technical diplomas in Mining Metallurgy,
and Mineral Dressing from Witwatersrand University,
South Africa. As a senior manager Stefan supervised the
operations of large mineral processing plants in both
Africa and Canada. Projects he has managed include the
construction of the enclosure for Japan’s National Large
Telescope on Mauna Kea, Hawaii, and dredging projects on
the Fraser River including annual navigational dredging
of the Fraser Surrey Docks, Vancouver.
Stefan’s company has been a member of the Better
Business Bureau of Mainland B.C. since May 2001.
