Robert Seguin

Robert Seguin is the President and founder of The Productive Leadership Institute.

Robert built his career and leadership skills over nearly 20 years in the global pharmaceutical market place. Most recently, Robert was the Division Director (Sales/Marketing) of Botox/Dermatology for Allergan Canada. Rob was responsible for the blockbuster launch of BOTOX Cosmetic® in April 2001. BOTOX Cosmetic® was subsequently launched in Australia and the United States in April 2002, and in Europe in 2003, using the Canadian marketing plan and Robert’s leadership expertise.

Robert has been a featured speaker at several industry meetings including the 2002 PHARMAC conference, the Wigmore Pharmacy Business Development meetings in London, England in 2003 and 2004, and the 2003 Canadian Outdoor Measurement Bureau annual meeting and he has chaired the 2005 and 2006 “Futures” in health care conference.

He has also published several articles on productivity and leadership, most recently in “Pharmaceutical Canada” and the “Scientific Insights” newsletter. He has also taught leadership and marketing strategy courses at Sir Sanford Fleming College and has been a guest lecturer at Trent University and Indiana State University.

Robert resides in Aurora, Ontario with his wife Christine and their two boys, Eric and Andrew. He is a head coach in Aurora’s hockey and baseball programs and a volunteer in many community and church-based organizations.
