Céline
and Jacques Marcotte’s responsibilities as
Regional Licensee include the coaching and mentoring of LMI
Canada Licensees, field sales calls, training and general
assistance to new and existing Licensees in the Province of
Québec.
Céline and
Jacques will ensure the achievement of business growth
targets for their Territory by recruiting new Licensees to
specified goal targets as well as developing and managing
LMIC Licensees in
their Territory. They will also be responsible for managing
marketing activities to support business development
implementing wider LMI Canada strategies.
Céline and Jacques joined LMI Canada in 1995 and are now
members of the prestigious LMI International Leadership
Council. Through the years they have been recognized as
Rookie Licensee of the Year, Builder of the Year, and
Motivator of the Year. They have received the Progressive
Growth Awards and the Silver Medal in the World Team
Competition of the International Sales Olympics.
Céline Marcotte
graduated
from Sherbrooke College in Computer Sciences. An expert in
business diagnosis, she has over 15 years experience in the
banking, university and insurance sectors. She develops
made-to-measure solutions to meet most complex management
challenges. Céline has also studied psychology and sociology
at McGill University at UQAM.
Jacques Marcotte
received his B.Sc. In Computer Mathematics from Sherbrooke
University and an Executive Program Diploma from Queen’s
University. After an impressive 10 year career with IBM, he
occupied several senior management positions, including
President of Paradyne Canada in Toronto, in the distribution
and manufacturing industries. Jacques has acquired solid
expertise in business turnaround. Firms of all sizes often
call on him to improve their management efficiency.
