Merv was born, educated, married and had two daughters in England where he had chosen a career in manufacturing. Merv held several managerial positions before emigrating to Canada. In Canada he continued in manufacturing management before changing career path to Human Resources management. He obtained his Certificate in Human Resources Management and was recognized by The Human Resources Professionals Association of
Ontario with the designation “Certified Human Resources Professional”.

Merv has been a Licensee with LMI Canada for a number of years and staunchly believes that “Only by developing our Human Resources to their full potential PERSONALLY and PROFESSIONALLY can there be measurable success ORGANIZATIONALLY” resulting in continuous improvement and increased profits.
