Frank Kreze is the President and National Managing Director of LMI Canada Inc., which is the Canadian operations head office for the parent company, Leadership Management International, based in Texas.

Frank was a Licensee since 1999 and in August 2005 he took over the LMI Canadian operations as Master Licensee. Prior to 2005, he owned and operated one of the highest performing Licenses for

Leadership and Management development in Canada. His accomplishments include many International awards such as World Sales Leader, Canadian Licensee of the Year, Motivator of the Year, and Progressive Growth.

His clients have also won the prestigious National and International LMI Awards in corporate achievement. These awards recognize outstanding business sales, profit gain, cost reduction and quality improvements. Further these awards also recognize goal achievements in the leader’s personal lives.

Prior to partnering with LMI, Frank was involved in numerous senior executive positions. His post secondary education includes Aerospace Engineering Design, Industrial Engineering along with practical experience in manufacturing expertise, auditing international project management, including product integration of complex systems.

With a collaborative team approach and belief in the LMI Canada Mission, Frank and his support staff continue to develop and support the Canadian Licensee’s clients achieving their personal and professional goals.
