Keith was born and raised in Calgary, married and has 3 daughters and 7 grandchildren.

Keith began his career in LMI in 1990 as a Licensee. He achieved the accreditation of an individual development counselor in 1992 and as a group development counselor in 1993.

Prior to LMI Keith worked in the corporate world with Pacific Freight and Salvage; AT&T Canada; Shaw Communication.

Keith’s focus is helping managers reach their full leadership potential, through the facilitation of the LMI process. Keith is dedicated to the delivery of measurable results and conducts his facilitation with uncompromising integrity in this respect.
